Andrea Jacobs is a seasoned organizational consultant, facilitator, and researcher working for change in secular and Jewish organizations. She is co-founder of Rally Point for Collaborative Change LLC, a consulting practice that supports leaders and their organizations to develop essential capacities for collaboration across diverse worldviews. In addition to her work with Rally Point for Collaborative Change, Andrea works as program development consultant for Ma’yan, the feminist project of the JCC Manhattan. She is a member of Selah, the Jewish Social Justice leaders network and a 25-year veteran of the Jewish social justice non-profit sector. Andrea is also a performing member of Yes...AND Playback Theatre and incorporates theatre and creative arts into her social justice work. Andrea has a doctorate in sociolinguistics from the University of Texas, Austin. She lives in Philadelphia where she loves walking in the Wissahickon Valley and growing edible things in her garden.
