Deborah Weinstein, Esq.

 Deborah Weinstein is President of The Weinstein Firm, a boutique employment law firm providing employers with legal guidance, workforce-related consulting, corporate training, internal investigative services and representation in litigation.  For the past 13 years, she has taught employment law in the Legal Studies and Business Ethics Department of The Wharton Business School.  She focuses her practice on helping employers to protect their organizations and build a better world for work.  She is the designer of SmartMovesÒ EEO/Anti-Harassment and Sensitivity training programs.  Ms. Weinstein also is retained as an expert on employer practices in employment litigation.

Weinstein is former Chair of the Board of Governors of the Philadelphia Bar Association and Editor-in-Chief of The Philadelphia Lawyer, the Association’s quarterly magazine. She is the author of “Putting Experience to Work,” a book about managing older workers, published by The Conference Board.
